Carenet Health Hires Skip Hanson as its New Executive Vice President, Service Delivery, and Lisa Taylor as Vice President, Market Development

Carenet Health, a leading provider of 24/7 and on-demand patient engagement solutions, today announced that Skip Hanson and Lisa Taylor have joined its leadership team to oversee the strategic transition related to Carenet’s recent acquisition of Stericycle Communication Solutions. In his new role as executive vice president, service delivery, Hanson will lead the operations, product, and client success teams that support the company’s communication solutions business. Hanson will work closely with Taylor, vice president of market development, to fully integrate its newly acquired communication solutions into Carenet’s day-to-day workflow.

During the transition, Matt Dickson, Carenet senior vice president of communication solutions, will work with Hanson and Taylor to further strengthen Carenet’s robust capabilities in support of health systems and providers. Through the acquisition, Carenet is now the industry’s most comprehensive healthcare consumer engagement company, delivering provider-centric technology services that include online scheduling platforms, automated messaging solutions, and inbound and outbound call center services.

Hanson and Taylor will each start in their new roles in January 2023.

An accomplished C-suite executive, Hanson has an extensive track record of success developing and executing strategy, building teams and operations, and delivering revenue-generating results across various business functions during start-up, high-growth, and mature company phases. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Hanson has held executive leadership roles at iN2L, Mosaic, and West Corporation. Most recently, he was the chief product officer at InterLink AI in Omaha, Neb.

Taylor, who co-founded the healthcare technology company TeleVox, has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, financial management, and vast expertise building high performing teams. In addition to co-founding TeleVox and executing its sale to West Corporation, she held previous CEO roles at West TeleVox Solutions and iN2L, an engagement SaaS technology platform for seniors. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Taylor is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and served on the Board of Directors at Patientco.
