SALEM, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 19, 2022--
The Board of Directors of Oregon Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB: ORBN), parent company of Willamette Valley Bank, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2023 to shareholders of record as of January 3, 2023.
