القاهرة (أ ب)- قال مسؤولون ليبيون إن ميليشيا نافذة متورطة في اعتقال واستجواب سري لمشتبه به في إسقاط طائرة بان أمريكان التي كانت متجهة إلى نيويورك عام 1988 فوق لوكربي بإسكتلندا.
تم تسليم صانع القنابل المزعوم المتورط في الهجوم، أبو عقيلة محمد مسعود خير المريمي، في نهاية المطاف إلى الولايات المتحدة في وقت سابق من هذا الشهر، بأوامر من إحدى الحكومتين المتنافستين اللتين تديران ليبيا، بقيادة عبد الحميد الدبيبية.
وشكك البعض في شرعية التسليم بسبب تورط إحدى الميليشيات والافتقار الواضح للإجراءات الرسمية.
رفض البيت الأبيض ووزارة العدل الأمريكية التعليق.
قال المسؤولون إن الأمر بدأ بنقل المريمي من منزله في حي أبو سليم بطرابلس.
يخضع الحي لسيطرة ”جهاز دعم الاستقرار”، وهو عبارة عن مظلة لميليشيات يقودها أمير الحرب عبد الغني الككلي، وهو حليف مقرب من الدبيبة.
واتهمت منظمة العفو الدولية الككلي بالتورط في جرائم حرب وانتهاكات جسيمة أخرى لحقوق الإنسان على مدى العقد الماضي.
وأضاف المسؤولون أن المريمي نقل إلى مدينة مصراتة الساحلية، ثم سلم في نهاية المطاف إلى عملاء أمريكيين نقلوه جوا خارج البلاد.
تحدث المسؤولون إلى الأسوشيتدبرس بشرط عدم الكشف عن هوياتهم خوفا من الانتقام.
وقال كثيرون إن الولايات المتحدة مارست ضغوطا لشهور من أجل تسلم المريمي.
