برلين (أ ب)- يدور جدل داخل الائتلاف الحاكم في ألمانيا حول ما إذا كان ينبغي إسقاط قيود كوفيد-19 المتبقية بعد أن نقل عن أحد كبار علماء الفيروسات في البلاد القول إن الجائحة قد انتهت.

ألغت ألمانيا الجزء الأكبر من القيود المفروضة في ذروة الجائحة، ولكن على عكس الدول الأوروبية الأخرى، لا تزال تشترط ارتداء الكمامات في قطارات وحافلات المسافات الطويلة. الكمامات إلزامية أيضا في عيادات الأطباء، بينما لا تزال الأقنعة وسلبية الاختبارات مطلوبة لدخول المستشفيات ودور رعاية المسنين.
