(NASDAQ:LPTH), (“LightPath” or the “Company”) today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a public offering. All of the securities to be sold in the offering are to be offered by LightPath. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
